UPPER LOT – Complimentary Visitor Parking

Enjoy up to 2 hours of free parking in this lot, available to all visitors of Midtown Promenade. Some businesses offer extended parking validations, allowing you to park for up to 6 hours at no charge.

If you expect to stay longer than 2 hours, be sure to ask the business you’re visiting about validation options. No payment information is required for this area.

LOWER LOT – Registered Parking

For those using this lot, registration is required upon entering. All vehicles must register to park regardless of the expected duration of stay.

Payment Instructions

Scan and Pay: Scan the provided QR code or use the FLASH AppClip when you arrive. Select your preferred duration and enter your contact information along with your license plate number. You'll receive a notification as your parking session approaches its end, and if you decide to stay longer, you can easily extend your parking reservation.

2-4 Hours: $5
4-5 Hours: $15
5-6 Hours: $30
6-24 Hours: $40
